June Thoughts

Yesterday was a pretty successful day for me as, now that I’m working at my internship full time and spend 3 hours of my day in trains, I don’t actually have more time or energy to blog, than I thought I would have, considering I don’t have to study at the moment. So, I actually couldn’t keep up with my own schedule for posting, but then something in my brain changed and I understood, that if I don’t always manage to publish two posts in a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) like I planned, it doesn’t matter. Nothing’s going to happen to me if I don’t publish a post, like it was planned! No boss will be angry at me haha. Read more!

One thing my dad told me once, is something he learned in a monastery where he took part in a seminar over three days. The theme was happiness, health, silence. One workshop they did was to write their own funeral speech. They should write about what they wanted people to say about them. For example, that someone would say, that they were a very kind person and very helpful, always happy, hard working etc. whatever they want people to say and think about them. Read more!

I went to this place called ‘Romeo und Julia’ the other day with some friends, and I must say I wasn’t disappointed! First of all, the name is really sweet! This place offers egg-waffles with frozen yogurt and toppings. As I absolutely love frozen yogurt and also like waffles, I thought it would be a good idea to try these waffles! Read more!
